“New Moons are times that are ripe for setting intentions, for sowing new seeds, for beginning new cycles. It’s one of my favorite things about Astrology, about how the Universe is set up for us.

It doesn’t always feel like the Universe is set up for us, I get that, but if we look at this life as Earth School, as opportunity after opportunity to stretch and grow and remember and reclaim. If we look at this whole life as a chance to learn and evolve, then yes, the Universe is perfectly set up for us.

We get these beautiful cosmic cycles, these energetic rhythms, that we can tune into, that we can align with, that we can harness, if we so choose, and so, there’s always a chance to start anew.

We’re here at such an inception point. On Sunday at 10:54 pm EST, we have the first New Moon in communicative Gemini since Uranus, the planet of disruption, revolution, and unexpected change, entered the same sign.

Maybe this lunation is inviting you to revolutionize the way you communicate, the way you connect. Maybe it’s asking you to take a look at where you self-censor, where you are holding back, where you aren’t being true. Maybe it’s reminding you that you are multi-dimensional and you do not belong in anybody’s box. Maybe it’s asking you to get comfortable with the unknown. Maybe it’s asking you to listen.”
